On February 18, 2011, Mr. Mark Pastreich has been appointed to the Board of
Directors of Repro-Med Systems, Inc. Mr. Pastreich is a successful businessman
and long time real estate investor and broker. He has served on numerous
for-profit and not-for-profit boards. Amongst his other various real estate
holdings, he is presently a partner in Casper Creek LLC, which owns the
facilities, offices and factory rented by Repro-Med Systems.
